Action Based Leadership-Intensive – Development of Senior Technical Leaders & Enterprise Teams

A two-year case study conducted in the Middle East region, where novel methods were employed to develop the decision-making, team leadership, and change leadership skills of senior technical, administrative, and commercial leaders. The results showed accelerated skill development in areas of highest priority, and the authors concluded that advanced assessment measures are essential for proactively developing technical leaders’ skills.
